Colorless quartz crystals in cavities and geodes found in Lilley Dolomite formation along with calcite and sphalerite. Location in an abandoned quarry along the northside of Highway 54 approximately 1 mile west of Elmville. Locale is a short distance southwest of Dunkard Ridge Church along the Brusg Creek and Jackson Township boundary.

Thanks for posting this. I will check it out sometime. A friend of mine has a farm west of Sinking Spring and has geodes in his fields - He jokingly says he "grows geodes." I collected a few, but alwys considered them to be chert nodules.
