Strunzite, Raritan, NJ FOV: 1.6 mm Mag: 45x
The process is:
- Capture series of photos (8 to 15+ images) where the focal point is shifted just slightly with Amscope software.
- Load images into Affinity Photo and perform a focus merged, color balance and export as JPEG or PNG image.
- Load exported image into GIMP and tweak contract/brightness/colors to match physical specimen.
