Digital Rockhound's Companion Version 4.06 update released.

   I just released the latest update to Digital Rockhound's Companion Version 4.06

 Bug Fix:
   Error prevented Mineral collection, Fossil collection, and rock collections screens from opening when the databases are empty.

  This update also rolls out DRC 4.0
